- Relative's name
- Age/details
- Address
- Assembly Constituency
- Part/polling-station information
- EPIC details

Form 6 — New enrolment/inclusion

Step 5 — Don't confuse an old EPIC with current enrolmentA family member might say:
"But I have had my Voter ID for 15 years."
That's not the check you need to stop at.

Step 6 — Check elderly family members firstOlder family members are particularly easy to overlook.
Check:
- Parents
- Grandparents
- Relatives who don't use smartphones
- People who recently moved
- People whose names may have different spellings across documents
Sit with them and verify the entry rather than assuming their old voter card settles everything.
Step 7 — Check family members who movedSomeone may have:
Old address
→ moved to another Delhi constituency
→ retained an old EPIC
→ changed residence

- Became eligible to register
- Was never properly enrolled
- Is otherwise eligible but isn't appearing in the draft
